Cooke/Blakely
Overview
The Town has been working with property owners and Design Strategies to develop illustrative sketch plans for two business campus areas – both of which are located along the western side of the I-77 corridor. The properties have been zoned business campus for some time and the Town is trying to spur economic development in the area; hence the joint efforts of the property owners and the Town. As indicated in the map above, the projects are referred to as the "Cooke" and "Blakely" projects. View the preliminary illustrative sketch plans for these properties:
Upcoming Meetings:
June 16, 7:00 PM: The Town Board will open a Public Hearing on the proposed plan.
July 14, 6:30 PM: The Planning Board will continue discussing the proposed plan to make a recommendation to the Town Board.
July 21, 7:00 PM: The Town Board will continue the Public Hearing and consider the proposed plan.
